Leroy Reynolds
Owner,
President
President and Owner Leroy Reynolds an individual with over 20 years in food service experience is very
passionate and dedicated about catering. He leads a team of dedicated experienced individuals whose only desire is to provide
his customers with the best in taste, quality, and service. Leroy began his career many years ago in his native Jamaica in
the demanding airline catering industry. Moving to the United States he continued his career in 1986 as the food service director,
for one of the largest banks in Florida providing lunch and other services for 500 employees on a daily basis. Our finest
event he recalls is when we rolled out the red carpet for Princess Margaret.
When the bank was acquired by another
bank and they closed the food service Leroy began to operate their food service as an independent contractor which evolved
today into Bleu Flame Catering.
Leroy takes great pride in his many accomplishments with many plaques and service
awards.
